Tyffany joined the firm as a Legal Assistant following her graduation from Iona University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree with a double major in Political Science and Psychology. She supports the firm’s attorneys in a wide range of employment law matters by maintaining and organizing case files, updating calendars, preparing supporting documents, and helping ensure cases move forward efficiently to deliver the best results for our clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Tyffany interned with the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, where she gained incredibly valuable experience in the legal field and developed a deeper understanding of the justice system. Her background in political science and psychology has strengthened her interest in legal advocacy and the ways in which the law impacts people’s lives. She is proud to support the firm’s efforts to help employees navigate workplace disputes and pursue fair treatment under the law.
