Hayley McBryan, is a post-bar law clerk at FJ Law, who has passed the bar and is awaiting admission. Hayley assists on an array of New York State and federal labor and employment law matters. Hayley graduated from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University where she received her J.D. in 2025. While at Pace, she participated in several unique legal experiences allowing her to develop her civil litigation skills, including an externship with the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic.
Prior to attending Pace, Hayley received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of South Carolina.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys reading, running, yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
